Lamp Dimmer

Master Control

Must be ganged in the same continuous wallbox with up to four Spacer System dimmers or switches on each side of the Master Control. Master Control can be ganged to the left, right or between dimmers or switches.
Remote Wall-Mounted Master
5-scene remote mounted master control with IR Blaster	SPS-5WCR-
Not for use with Lamp Dimmers
Includes two remote IR Blasters. Each IR Blaster requires 2 traveler wires between Remote Master and the remote backbox. Each IR Blaster can control an attached dimmer plus two dimmers on each side in the same backbox. This is a maximum of 5 dimmers/switches per IR Blaster, and 10 dimmers/switches per Remote Master. Remote Master is not intended to be ganged with Spacer System dimmers.
All Master Controls are 120V and require neutral wire connection. When 120V controls are installed in the same wallbox with a 277V fluorescent light control, use 600V rated cable. Follow NEC Standard 300-3.

Handheld Remote

Remote controls work for all Spacer System dimmers, lamp dimmers and switches. Remote controls are for use with Spacer System only. Infrared frequency is 40 kHz. Available in Royal Plum (RP) only.

Spacer System Configuration Options

Option 1

Multiganged dimmers with a 5-scene master control and 4-scene infrared wireless remote control.

• Use Spacer System multiganged dimmers with a master control for new construction OR retrofit by installing a new wallbox that fits the Spacer System dimmers plus the master control
• Spacer System lamp dimmers let you make table and floor lamps part of your system

Option 2

Multiganged dimmers with a remotely mounted 5-scene master control and 4-scene infrared wireless remote control.

• Use Spacer System multiganged dimmers with a remote master control for new construction. Requires two (2) 14 AWG traveler wires between dimmers and master control
• Spacer System lamp dimmers let you make table and floor lamps part of your system

Option 3
